Need help and information which company take the payment for supercharges in Slovakia

Hi, I'm Olga, from Ukraine and have a Tesla Model 3. Now I'm in Slovakia and have a problem with my Tesla's account. System decline my credit cards. So could you tell me the name and the contact of company that accept money for supercharge in Slovakia. The information is in the left corner of the payed invoice in your account.

Hi Olga, I guess there might be some problem with your card.

Get yourself a bank account in Slovakia. For example FIO bank has a free bank account with a card and use that SK card for your charging payments. I have that bank account too works fine, even has a new phone app.

You can also open Revolut account which is more flexible the standard card is Mastercard. But Fio banka will work as well. With Fio you can choose Mastercard or VISA (or both).
